The price you see is the price, and a scent you got wrong is fixable.

Shipping is shown on the product page before you add anything to a basket, and again at checkout. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown before you pay. There is no handling fee, no packaging fee and nothing that appears on the last screen that was not on the first.
We ship from Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Nothing goes out by air, so a bottle takes a few days longer to reach the far side of the country than the near side.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not refund a fragrance you decided you did not like. Fragrance oil is a sanitary product, and the postage on a small glass bottle costs more than what is inside it, so sending one back would only add to what you have already spent.
That is the ordinary standard for this kind of thing rather than us being hard about it. Nearly every company selling candles and fragrance oil treats an opened bottle as final for the same reasons.
If it arrives broken, leaking, or it is not what you ordered, that is different. Send a photograph within thirty days. We replace it, we pay the postage, and you do not send the first one back. That one is our mistake, not a change of mind.
Because there is no way back once you have bought, we have tried to make the decision an informed one. Every fragrance lists its notes in full, each note has a paragraph of its own on the product page, and none of it is dressed up. Read those before you buy rather than after.
Reaching us
One person reads everything that comes in, so a reply may take a day, but it will be a person and not a script. A contact form goes in before the shop opens on 1 September 2026, which is also when there will be a first order to have a question about.
We do not print an address anywhere on this site. Published addresses get harvested, and the mail that matters then arrives in a pile of the mail that does not.
